After discussing the importance of specialising and giving an overview of various niches, Jason immediately moves on to the elephant in the room: AI, suggesting various ways to adapt to and work with it as well as identifying fields that are resistant to AI (at least in part: my own experience suggests that the academic medical field is not as AI-resistant as it should be.)
